Starting from 2000 CAD/Room design fee plus 20% commision fee.
Design Consultation
Design process should not start without getting to know your style, what you like, what you want and what you need. Your space must be designed for you to enjoy.
First step is a consultation session. That’s when you get to ask questions that are on your mind and get advice about how to move forward, it also lets us learn about you and your project.
With a design consultation session you will get:
- An analysis of the client questionnaire sent after the initial call
- Up to 1,5 hour on site (or virtual if required) walk and talk session
- Advice about how to move forward with the project
- Giving answers to questions on your mind
- Giving ideas and offering solutions to the present issues
- Getting to know you and the project requirements
- Outlining the project scope and sending an estimate of the design fees afterward
The price is 300 CAD for an up to 1,5 hour session
